- Must power on, we cannot accept a device that cannot be tested
- Significant damage (cracked/smashed screen, major chips or water damage)
- Please note: we cannot buy your device if it is missing components or is bent, crushed or snapped in half
- Faulty screen, casing or rear glass (including cracks, discolouration, dead spots, pressure marks and damaged pixels)
- Dust under screen and/or under camera
- Locked to a foreign network
- Major software/hardware faults : the device freezes, crashes regularly, isn’t charging or won’t connect to a computer
- Touch, Face ID or NFC doesn’t work (if applicable )
- Poor battery health (below 80%)
